DescriptionA nude male figure stands atop of an imagined dolphin-like sea creature, swimming in a scalloped shell. The man holds a trident in one hand, and a shield with fleur-de-lis symbols in the other. A billowing piece of cloth encircled in the man's arms flies dramatically behind him.
