DescriptionAn indigenous Afro-Brazilian woman is displayed in the middle of the bottom half of the print. Cut-outs of costumes, hairstyles, and shoes are shown all around her, including carnival and maid outfits, as well as a contemporary, casual ensemble. This print illuminates the roles, identities, and stereotypes of Brazilian women. The lithograph is printed entirely of shades of dark blue and light blue over the bright white background of the paper sheet.
