DescriptionThe three figures sit idyll in the bottom left hand corner of the composition, one gesturing at the landscape beyond. At center, a tree rises at an angle, shading a path that leads down to a river and waterfalls. Beyond, a town can be seen sitting on the river's edge, just beneath a mountain and a sky with rolling clouds.
