DescriptionA young woman from the country is welcomed into town by a madame of a brothel. Onlookers include a clergyman on horseback who does not notice the piece's center scene and a man eyeing the country girl lustfully. A man stands behind the boggling man with an expression of disbelief and shock. The town looks old and disheveled while being framed by luggage and a carriage of children framing the two women at its center.
