DescriptionHand fabricated four strand necklace with large, rectangular silver tabs at each end and hook closures, and square silver box shaped bead at center, with rectangular turquoise stone set in plain bezel; each strand has uniform sized, short tubular beads plus a few silver spherical beads, the four strands on one side having mostly jet beads with a few coral, turquoise, and white shell beads interspersed, and the four strands on the opposing side having jet beads, with the ones at midsection alternating with shell beads; the tabs and box have stamped cloud-like elements, and the artist's hallmark; the turquoise stone is bright blue with heavy gold and brown matrices; strung on synthetic string.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
