DescriptionThree actors with voluminous headdresses stand at the center of the set. On their left and right sides, archways with figures of the ancient greek gods stand on top, alternating with tall fountains topped with sculptures showing various mythological scenes. These architectural elements drawn at one-point perspective lead back to a large fountain at center, which appears to be held up by and composed of many twisting and wrestling bodies. Far behind, the backdrop of the set is a wide plaza surrounded by a colonnade. This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
