DescriptionA group of children carry donkey towards a boiling cauldron in the upper right. Around them, other scenes of merriment and mischief are carried out by similarly nude, cherub-like children. After a drawing by Michelangelo for Tommaso de’ Cavalieri, circa 1532-33.
