DescriptionA detailed engraving of the holy relic and Bernini's casing on display in St. Peter's basilica in Vatican City. The relic is enclosed in an elaborate bronze sculpture that sits high on top of a marble pedestal. Four Doctors of the Church surround the base of the feet of chair, the two in front wearing miters. On top of the empty chair, two angels hold keys and the papal tiara. Above them, the holy sprint emerges in striations of bright light from clouds with many angels and heavenly bodies surrounding.
