DescriptionHand fabricated; double strands, each having 57 barrel shaped beads, then decreasing to single stands of 15 beads and hook and eye closure, strung on wire. Each strand has 4 graduated size round conchos, from smallest to single largest at center; each concho has overlay design with background oxidized: (1) largest concho has man in the maze design; (2) the next two have a stepped design surrounding a solid center, with an overlay cross made of stacked triangles; (3) next two have a circular band with opposing stepped motif; (4) next two have stepped sunburst design; (5) smallest conchos have open stepped design resembling a headdress.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
