DescriptionHand made belt and buckle; narrow band of red-brown leather with cream colored secondary leather strap, 13 mostly small, oval, identical silver conchos, each with small turquoise cabochon in plain bezel at center of concho; each concho has very small stamped design around rim, and repoussé rays surrounding central stone; conchos have narrow metal bar soldered on reverse to enable narrow strap to be threaded through to attach to belt; hand made prong and bar on reverse of buckle, and metal grommet on end of leather belt near buckle; turquoise is in various colors of green and blue.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
