DescriptionHand carved, three dimensional animal figure; in shape of stylized rattlesnake, with incised rattlers at one end; body in zigzag position, wide flat head, tapered to mouth; circular inset brown eyes, slit nostrils and mouth, with short, thin piece of red stone glued at mouth to represent tongue; body painted with multiple coats of black enamel, incised diamond pattern on back; smooth shiny surface.
