DescriptionHand coiled, using paddle and anvil technique; slightly rounded base and wall to mid-shoulder, constricting sharply to short neck and flared rim; restricted vessel; slipped; light tan ground with red painted decorations; design consists of band of concentric, angular geometric shapes, producing an unusual pattern, in repeated sequence, and diagonal tick marks at top of pattern, and around rim.
