DescriptionHand modified stone tool, possibly made of basalt, or steatite; mostly flat and somewhat rectangular, narrower at one end, with center of base concave, and upper wall rounded and blunt, with four deep, parallel grooves, crosswise, and 11 short grooves perpendicular to larger ones, and across wider end of body; black with gray and white flecks.
