DescriptionTwo men, the sons of Noah, stand-by-side against a blank background, a tree stump at the right corner. One wraps his arm around the other, gesturing to the distance. The nearer figure points his finger downward. Interestingly, at some point in the print's history, someone added loincloths in brown ink to modestly cover the two figures' nudity. The ink has now mostly faded and worn away, but the outline of the added garments and suggested rough texture of the cloth remain. Possibly engraved after Michelangelo's figures in the Sistine Chapel.
