DescriptionHand coiled, using paddle and anvil technique; squashed globular shaped body; unusual rounded base, indented, probably from clay formed inside of old bowl; wall rounded to mid-shoulder, sharply constricting to tall wide neck, open mouth, and everted rim; restricted vessel; slipped; red and reddish-brown ground, with gray, black, and orange fire clouds.
