InscribedHallmark: L for Jeff Largo; on tie cinch "Bennett Pat. Pend. C-31." Donor gave the information that the artist was Jeff Largo. I did not find his name in Wright's Hallmarks of the Southwest. The only information I could find was that Rita Largo was listed as being married to Jeff Largo, and they do work together on jewelry.

DescriptionHand fabricated silver slide, and braided leather tie with conical tips ending with stamped concave bi-conical beads; trapezoid shaped heavy silver base, being slightly wider at top, smooth surface on reverse, narrow channel and cut and rolled wire on long sides, stamped floral elements along shorter sides, cut and rolled vine, chiseled raised leaves, and two turquoise cabochons in plain bezels soldered among vines and leaves; on reverse is slide cinch soldered to base; silver, black leather, greenish-blue turquoise with gold and brown matrices.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
