DescriptionHand fabricated, large, heavy silver base for slide in shaped of Knife Wing figure, with inlaid features using blue and green turquoise, black jet, white mother of pearl, orange spondylus shell, and possible red coral; Bennett clasp on reverse, attached to black braided cord; two ends have silver tip and squash blossom bead; silver base on wings and tail have very small rectangular bars soldered to base to represent feathers.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
