DescriptionHand coiled and scraped small bowl; circular, flat base, wall gently curved to high shoulder, constricting to wide mouth; restricted vessel; slipped; burnished; white clay, on interior, light tan on exterior, with red, and dark brown painted decorations, and peach blush fire clouds; design consists of traditional "Migration" pattern with multiple parallel lines overlaid with thin lines creating geometric patterns, and pointed feathers extending from mouth down toward shoulder; similar designs extend from base up to shoulder; thick stripe around base and mouth.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
