DescriptionHand coiled and scraped; large, circular, flat base, rounded wall to mid-shoulder, constricting to short neck and out curving rim; restricted vessel; slipped, burnished; cream ground, with orange, black, and red painted decorations, with dark orange fire clouds; design is traditional "migration" pattern of the Nampeyo family, with 8 large tail feather elements pendant from red stems around neck, and multiple parallel lines over the body with superimposed lines crossing and creating lozenges.
