DescriptionHand coiled, possibly using paddle and anvil technique; rounded base and wall to open mouth and somewhat rolled rim; unrestricted vessel; slipped; light brown ground, with dark reddish-brown painted decorations and gray fire clouds; interior design consists of wide band in repeated sequence motif having diagonal parallel stripes inside a large triangle, also with solid wavy sided triangle that has an 'eye' in the center; all triangles pendant from single stripe around upper wall; scalloped stripe at rim.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
