DescriptionHand coiled bowl, using paddle and anvil technique; rounded base and wall, slightly constricting to open mouth and mostly rolled rim; restricted vessel; slipped; burnished; buff ground with dark red painted decorations, and gray fire clouds, and blackened interior; design consists of wide band on exterior of two long, parallel, diagonal lines that have solid stepped borders and small, linear pyramids pendant from stripe around rim.This record has been reviewed by University Galleries staff but may be incomplete or contain errors.
