DescriptionHand coiled basket; tan sedge root weft on warp grass bundle foundation, tule root braided to start coil, and redbud used for dark red stitches and bracken fern root for the black stitches; counter clockwise start; circular base, wall gently curved to wide mouth, and finished rim; unrestricted vessel; light tan to light brown ground, and red and black stitching in rattlesnake design.
