DescriptionHand coiled and scraped oval plate; mostly flat base with slightly flared wall to flat edge at rim; unrestricted vessel; slipped, burnished; black-on-black feature from oxygen reduction in firing; design consists of wide feather band from center to rim, with two concentric circles at center; matte and shiny surface.
